SVP of Staffing Company

Spearhead the US growth of Uniting Enterprise, a fast-growing European niche technology recruitment business. Since we invested in Uniting Enterprise in 2020, the business has expanded rapidly across direct placement and contract solutions within the SAP and HRIS divisions in UK and Germany.

Tempting Ventures have several staffing Investments in the US (The US market accounts for 70% of our global sales) across New York, Indianapolis, Houston, and Miami and have all the infrastructure in place to support a motivated leader to build out the Uniting Enterprise brand in the US.


  • Board Position in PE Staffing Portfolio Company reporting to the CEO of Uniting Ambition Group

  • Build your own teams across multiple offices (supported by our portfolio company Tempting Talent, the biggest Rec2Rec in the US)

  • Leverage best in class Marketing Function and Tech Stack

  • Leverage Existing Global client relationships and talent pools

  • High Incentivisation to include equity

The Role

We are looking for a passionate staffing leader, with Enterprise Management sector experience, to build out our US presence.


We currently have offices across our portfolio in NY, Indianapolis, Houston and Miami. Uniting Enterprise does not need to be seeded in any of these locations, provided the proposed location has access to staffing talent

What You’ll Need

  • Min 5 years staffing experience

  • Track record of excelling against peers

  • Fantastic track record building relationships with clients

  • Experience attracting, training, and retaining top talent

  • Magnetism

  • Strong business planning experience

  • Experience/desire to operate at Board Level
