This is a unique opportunity to work within a fast-growing niche technology recruitment business that has received private equity investment. We are looking for exceptional recruiters to join our SAP & HR/IT divisions and support the growth of this highly successful team. We have a trusted brand, some fantastic global clients, and an unrivalled network of candidates within this space, and there is now a massive opportunity for a talented recruiter to drive this business forward. We are open to Consultants with a variety of experience levels as we are happy to work with and develop more junior consultants as well as being able to offer enough to excite more experienced.

The Company

Initially focusing on the German market Uniting Enterprise has already had great success growing to 25 heads and segmented into two distinctive technology niches of SAP (SCM) and HRIS (SuccessFactors). The business is leading the way in delivering SAP and HRIS talent solutions to the German market and has a vision to be the global recruitment destination for specialist talent within these technologies. We have a portfolio of clients ranging from tier 1 consultancies to DAX listed end users with exceptional working relationships and a constant stream of active vacancies.

Following the success in Germany we have now launched the business in the US with a physical presence and team in Florida.

The Role

The business has experienced tremendous growth year on year, and our growing client base provides us with constant demand for market leading talent

We are looking for a passionate recruiters to work with some of our existing accounts, supporting them to attract the top talent in very competitive markets. In addition you will be responsible for continuing to build Uniting Enterprises' market position and brand. You will be responsible for owning Talent pools within specific vertical niches, with the accountability to build these into standalone business units. A passion for tech, you will help us run regular marketing campaigns providing our talent pools and clients with cutting edge market intelligence to help you grow into a leading figure in the market.

The business has doubled headcount and revenue annually since its inception in 2020 and we are looking for an individuals who are very career driven with an appetite to become leaders within the business and grow teams within defined vertical markets.

What You’ll Need

You will be a leading figure in your current business, with a track record of success both in billings and candidate/client acquisition. Ideally you will come from a niche technology background, and you will have strong client development skills with the ability to sell to both sides successfully; with such a competitive market, your ability to nurture relationships with candidates is critical. We offer a defined development pathway that puts you in control of your earnings and career.
