I oversee the entire marketing function for Tempting Ventures, supporting the businesses within the Portfolio to grow talent pools, win new clients and drive revenue from our tech stack. Throughout my career, I have built a network of best-in-class freelancers and agencies in Europe and the US that I deploy across the brands to deliver marketing solutions to their unique markets.
I'm also a branding expert, having built some of the most recognised brands in recruitment, including Spencer Ogden and Harnham. I work closely with the CEOs in our Portfolio and new investments to position their niche recruitment brands within specific verticals whilst defining their employer brand to hire and retain the best talent.
I have over 13 years of experience and have built global marketing teams to support some of the fastest growing recruitment businesses. I regularly share my learnings on podcasts and at industry events.
