Prior to joinng Tempting Ventures I headed up the nGAGE Recruitment Group (formerly Human Capital Investment Group) as Group Finance Director, where I was part of the Senior Management Team that grew the business and completed the private equity sale to Graphite Capital in 2014.
This led me to Tempting Ventures, where I initially formed part of the Advisory Bench and was able to see the growth of the business since 2017.
Since 2022 I joined the team on a more permanent basis and now lead the Finance Function across the portfolio. I initially trained and qualified with a major accountancy firm in London and started my commercial career heading up the finance function at TMF Group who are global outsourcers. I am a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
