Three years ago, we set up RO with the ambitious idea of becoming the number one recruitment agency for Renewables in the US. Naming the business after my firstborns Rocco and Otis makes the company name mean so much to me and gives me the extra motivation to make it succeed. There have been many ups and downs along the way, but we are now growing stronger than ever. Thank you to all the Tempting Ventures team for being part of the journey so far and working extremely hard this year to keep us on budget during unprecedented times.
